Self care is making deliberate choices and changes for lifelong wellbeing. It’s choosing to believe you are worthy enough to put some effort into yourself. This site is divided up into 3 categories – the 3 sides of the Health Triangle: Mind (mental health), Matter (physical health), and Meet (social health). The health triangle is a measure of the different aspects of health, our body’s efficiency and overall well-being. Created in 1997 as a project for an Alaska Middle School, the Health Triangle creators used an equilateral triangle to represent these aspects of health. Because all sides of this types of triangle are equal, it stresses the equal importance of each of these aspects. Where do you need to devote more attention to first?
